§ 12-5. Friendly fires in parks or on other public property.

Latest version.

No person shall build a fire for picnic or any other purposes in any park or on any public property within the Town of Cheverly, except where specifically designated by the mayor and town council or their authorized representative, and then only after receipt of express permission therefor.
