§ 20-10. Throwing missiles; depositing articles on public property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw any stone, fireworks or other missile of any kind in the town, in any way that is likely to do harm or injury to any person or property or in such a manner as to cause reasonable apprehension of such harm or injury. No glass, nails, tacks or other articles shall be deposited or broken on public property.
