§ 23-5. Violations and penalties.

Violations of this chapter by any person, firm or corporation, is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each initial offense and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each repeat offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
