§ 20-19. Disorderly houses.

  • Any person or persons, firm, corporation, place of business, company or association of individuals, whether licensed or not, his, her, their or its officers, agents, servants or employees, who allow intoxicated persons or others to congregate or assemble in or upon their premises to drink intoxicating liquors or beverages, curse, swear or use loud and profane language, fight, discharge firearms or make loud or unseemly noises, to disturb the peace and quiet of the town to the inconvenience or discomfort of any of the citizens of the town shall be guilty of keeping a disorderly house. It shall be unlawful to keep a disorderly house within the town.
