§ C-33. Copies of Charter, ordinances.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the Mayor and Town Council to make available to the public at cost, at the Town Clerk and Treasurer's office, copies of the Town Charter and the town ordinances, other than assessment ordinances, certified by the Mayor as to their correctness and kept-up-to-date by supplements made within thirty (30) days from the passage of any ordinance or amendment to this Charter.
