§ C-34. Prior ordinances.

All ordinances, resolutions and Acts of the Mayor and Town Council adopted and taken under the authority of Sections 187-228, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (Flack's Edition, 1943), being a part of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County," subtitle "Cheverly," herein repealed by this Act, shall remain in full force and effect, and be valid, insofar as they may be compatible with §§ C-1 through C-35 herein enacted, until such time as the Mayor and Town Council may specifically repeal each or all of them as the public interest may demand.
