§ 26-15. Equal opportunity requirement.

(a)

A franchisee may not discriminate against any person or organization regarding employment, compensation, programming or otherwise because of sex, race, color, or national origin.

(b)

Any finding by the town of a violation of this section shall be grounds for termination of the franchise.
