§ 26-20. Violations and penalties.

Latest version.

Violation of any of the provisions of subsection 26-2(a) or section 26-16 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. Each connection, subscription, operation or tampering shall be considered a separate violation, for purposes of this section.
